Special webinar on COVID-19 for policy and technology sharing

1. Background

To share Korea’s response system and related experiences of COVID-19

to all over the world and to respond to the need for international cooperation in order to contain the further spread of the virus.

Recognizing the difficulty to provide a bilateral response, the Republic

of Korea is considering the possibility of holding a webinar for all over the world.

2. Overview

○ Date and Time: May 4, 2020(Mon), 15:00pm (Korea Time, GMT +09:00)

· Person in Central Disaster Management Headquarters · Medical Specialists in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, · Laboratory Medicine and Internal Medicine

※ All presentations will be in Korean(simultaneous interpretation into English and Russian available)

○ Participants: Officials from Ministries of Health, working-level staff in charge of infection prevention and control, anyone who wants to attend

○ Method: Virtual presentation through live broadcast and consultation through chat room
