Supply, delivery and installation of solar cells: In the present tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain a tender for an agreement on the delivery and installation of solar cells in connection with the Contracting Authority's turnkey contract for the construction of 100 turnkey publicly supported public family and senior housing as well as shared houses. The turnkey contract is carried out using the delegated client model, which means that Thors Have A/S, as the delegated client, must fulfill Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab's (FAB) tender obligation under the Public Procurement Act. Thors Have A / S has entered into a turnkey contract with the Client that the Client takes over Thors Have A / S 'rights and obligations in accordance with Thors Have A / S' agreement with FAB. The contracting authority must thus fulfill FAB's tender obligation under the Public Procurement Act.

Vordingborg Fjernvarme A / S has obtained project approval and wants to supply Ø rslev with district heating. The heat to Ø rslev is delivered from the Heat Plant on Masnedø via a transmission line to an exchange station (not included in this

contract). After the exchange station in Ø rslev, main and distribution lines and plugs will be established for approx. 300 properties. This tender includes transmission line, mains and distribution lines as well as branch lines. The contract form is the main contract comprising earth and restoration work, pipe delivery and pipe installation.

Not including supply of filling materials (see tender description).
