※ 단, 취득일로부터 6개월 이상 지속된100만원 이상의 재산으로 한정하며, 신용정보조회서에 기재된 부채 등을 제외한 순 재산의 5%만 환산하여 인정 ᄋ 가족의 소득 및 재산 활용 : 초청자의 소득 및 재산의 환산가액이 요건을 충족하지

- 申請人〈外籍配偶〉+ 邀請人〈擁有韓國籍〉+ 官方文件上載有關係證明的家庭成員

ᄋ 收入種類

- 個人收入/營業收入(包括農林水產業)/物業租金收入/利息收入/股息收入/最近一年取得的年金 - 該等收入須由邀請人及/或申請人提供

- 各項於近一年內的收入可一併計算

※ 以上收入之外的非定期收入並不計算在內

ᄋ 補充收入不足的材料:

ᄋ How to count the number of family

- The applicant(foreign spouse) + inviter(Korean national) + inviter’s family members that are shown on the official documents proving their relationship

ᄋ Type of Income

- Earned income, business income (including Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

industry), rental real estate income, interest income, dividend income, annuity income.

- The income should be acquired by inviter.

- All types of income can be added up and has to be from the last one year.

※ Non-recurring income other than the above income is not counted.

ᄋ Supplement to insufficient income

- Assets by inviter, invitee or other family members can be counted as 5% of the total income

- Assets including: rent deposit, insurance, stock, bond or real estate

- Required documents: The original of official document which should be issued by public institution and issued in three months

2. Language Proficiency

ᄋ Applicant should provide with the Korean language certificate in completed a course of 120~150 hours from the designated Korean educational organization or the TOPIK report.

ᄋ These can be exempted if fall into one of the following conditions:

- Applicant has a degree relating Korean linguistics - Applicant had lived in Korea more than one year

- Inviter had lived in applicant’s home country more than one year.

- Applicant and inviter had lived together in foreign country more than one year.

- If there is another language that applicant and inviter can communicate together - Applicant is an overseas Korean

- The mother language of applicant and inviter is the same

- Other humanitarian cases(upon Visa Consul’s discretion after the interview)

* The relevant documents in original should be provided to prove Korean language proficiency or the eligibility of the exemption.

◆ Note:

1. An interview with Visa Consul will be arranged within a week after the application is submitted. The interview date and time will be confirmed by phone call or email.

2. Once the application is accepted, applicant’s passport will be kept in the consulate until the approval result is out.

3. A national of the following 24 listed countries who temporarily stays or travels in Hong Kong is not eligible to apply in this visa office.

The People’s Republic of China, The Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam,

Mongolia, Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Peru, Syria, Cuba, Sudan and Iran.

4. It takes at least fifteen (15) to twenty (20) working days(the submission date, Sat, Sun and public holidays are excluded) to process the visa and it depends on the interview result.
