Guide to Online Reservation System

1. Visit‘Consular Service 24’website :

https://consul.mofa.go.kr/en/main.do

2. Click‘Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission’.

3. Non-Membership Log In

On the Non-Membership Log In page, consent to the terms and conditions of use and the collection of personal information. Then write your name and email address.

- Please write your full name as it appears in your passport.

- After writing down your email address, Click ‘Send Authentication number’

button. An authentication number will be sent to the email address you provided.

- Write down the authentication number you received and click ‘Verify’ button.

- After that, write down your contact information(Phone number) and click

‘Non-Membership Log In’ button.

4. Reservation

On the Reservation Page, select a diplomatic mission(Consulate General of the Republic of Korea to Hong Kong). Then, select a consular service ‘Visa’.

And then select the date and the time of your visit. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Note : We will only accept one(1) visit / application per applicant.

If you submit multiple visits / applications, we may cancel all your visits / applications without prior notice.

※ For applications in family*, please reserve your visit in one(1) visit / application under the family head’s name and write down all e-Form numbers of the family members under ‘Specific requests’.

* Scope of family members : Spouse, children, parents, siblings of the applicant

Then check Reservation Details. If you have any specific requests, use

‘Specific requests’ to write down your e-Form number and any other messages. Then enter Captcha and click ‘Make Reservation’ button.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

5. Check your Reservation Receipt / Confirmation

Please print the confirmation email you received and bring it when you visit the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea to Hong Kong to submit your application.

Or on the Check reservation page(See the picture below), click the Print button under ‘Reservation Receipt’ and print the page that popped up and bring it when you visit the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea.

If you are unable to visit on your reserved date, please click the Cancel button.

◆ Adverse Weather Arrangement ◆

The Consulate will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued.

Please be noted that your reservation will be rearranged individually by email if No.8 or higher Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal, or Black Rainstorm

Warning Signal is still in force two(2) hours before your reservation time.

網上預約系統使用指引

1. 前往‘Consular Service 24’網頁 :

3. Non-Membership Log In. (非會員登入)

在‘Non-Membership Log In’(非會員登入) 的頁面中, 按下‘Consent to All Terms and Conditions of Use’(同意所有使用條款及細則) 或

分別同意 (Consent) 使用條款及收集個人資料聲明｡

然後填妥姓名及電郵地址｡

- 請確保填寫的姓名與申請人護照上的姓名一致

- 填妥電郵地址後, 請按下‘Send Authentication number’, 申請人將會收 到含有一組認證碼的電郵｡

- 輸入該組認證碼至‘Authentication Number’下方的空格, 並按下空格右 邊‘Verify’｡

- 在‘Contact Information’下方的空格輸入申請人的電話號碼｡

- 最後按下‘Non-Membership Log In’｡

4. 預約

在預約頁面中, 請選擇

1) diplomatic mission (駐外使館) :

Consulate General of the Republic of Korea to Hong Kong；

2) 所需服務 :

Visa；

3) 選擇申請日期及時間｡ (有部分日子不接受預約)

註 : 一位申請人只可以預約一個申請時段｡ 若同一位申請人重覆預約多於一個 申請時段, 該申請人的所有預約將會被取消, 並不會獲得任何事前通知｡

※ 若以家庭*為單位作出預約時，請在申請人姓名一欄填上主要申請人的姓名, 並在‘Specific requests’(特別要求) 一欄輸入所有需要申請簽證的家庭 成員的 e-Form numbers (電子申請表號碼)｡

* 家庭成員的準則 : 主要申請人的配偶, 子女, 父母, 直屬兄弟姊妹

然後確認您的預約內容｡ 若有任何特別要求，可在‘Specific requests’(特 別要求) 一欄輸入您的e-Form number(電子申請表號碼) 及要求訊息｡

最後輸入Captcha(驗證碼) 及 按下‘Make Reservation’(提交預約)｡

預約確認信將會發送至申請人所提供的電郵地址｡

5. 檢視您的預約收據及確認信

請列印所收到的預約確認電郵並在指定預約時段帶同該確認信前往大韓民國駐 香港總領事館辦理簽證申請手續；

或

在‘Check Reservation’檢視預約的頁面(如下圖), 按下‘Reservation Receipt’(預約收據) 下方的列印, 並在指定預約時段帶同該列印本前往大韓 民國駐香港總領事館辦理簽證申請手續｡

若您無法在指定預約時段前往本領事館辦理簽證申請手續, 請按 Cancel 取消 預約｡

◆ 惡劣天氣安排 ◆

當 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 或 黑色暴雨警告信號 發出時，本領事館將 關閉｡

請注意，如果 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 或 黑色暴雨警告信號 於原定預 約時間前 兩 (2) 小時 仍然生效, 本處將會另以電郵重新安排預約時間｡

在這種情況下，請不要到訪領事館｡ /完/
