본 교과목은 사회적경제의 한 부분으로 자 리잡고 있는 소셜벤쳐에 대하여 다양한 사 례를 살펴보고 우리 지역의 커뮤니티에 적 합한 소셜 벤쳐의 비즈니스 모델을 디자인 하는 과목이다. 사회적경제에 대한 이해를 기반으로 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치를 동 시에 추구할 수 있는 기업의 비즈니스 모 델을 만들어 실제로 실험을 수행하여 본다.

This course examines various cases of soci al ventures, which are part of the social e conomy, and designs business models of so cial venture suitable for the local communi ty. Based on the understanding of the soci al economy, we create a business model o f a company that can pursue both social a nd economic values at the same time.

본 교과목은 학생들로 하여금 사회적경제 정책과 실천에 대한 이해를 돕는다.

이를 위해 후기산업사회(인구감소사회)의 사회문제와 그 해결에 대한 국내외 사례를 학습한다.

개인에서 사회까지 웰빙에 대한 다양한 시 각을 살펴보고, 개인적 웰빙과 사회적 웰 빙을 조화시키는 방법을 살펴본다. 사회적 웰빙을 바라보는 시각, 사회적 웰빙을 증 대시키는 방법에서부터 삶 속에서 실현되 는 복지사회로 이행을 함께 고민해 본다.

진정으로 행복한 미래의 경제활동까지 설 계해보는 계기가 될 것이다.

Students will look into various perspective s on well-being from individuals to societ y, and how to reconcile personal well-bei ng with social well-being. 사회복지행정론 Social Welfare Adminstration 사회복지행정은 사회복지조직의 목표를 효

율적으로 달성해 나가는 일련의 협동적인 노력이다. 따라서 공적 및 사적인 사회복지 조직에서 목적/목표, 기획, 인사, 재정, 서비 스, 리더십 등을 다룬다. 사회복지 정책을 사회복지 서비스로 전환하는 사회복지조직 의 구조와 특성을 이해하고, 사회복지사로 서 사회복지조직을 관리하고 운영하는데 필요한 지식과 기술을 익힌다.

The course is concerned with a process of attaining the objectives of an social welfar e organization through a system of coordin ated and cooperative effort. This course lays conceptual foundation for key ideas and issues of social welfare poli cies It also examines relationship between social welfare policy and related sciences i n order to further expand students' unders tanding in the field.
