1 Change of Passport Information
1.1 Apply to Change Passport Information
Apply > Change Passport Information
1) Enter your Name in English, Date of Birth, Visa number, current Passport number and click ‘Register’.
2) Pop-up window (2) appears for invalid or expired visa, when ‘Register’.
3) Pop-up window (3) appears if no application to change passport information has been made, when ‘Search’.

1.2 Change of Passport Information Status Check
Apply > Change Passport Information
1) To check current status of Change of Passport Information, enter your Name in English, Date of Birth, Visa number, current passport number and
click‘Search’.
2) In case of application, supplementation and review completion (Non-approval) status. processing status can be checked on the detailed information page.
3) In case of review completion (Approval),‘Search’ at Change of Passport Information page is not available and need to visit the KOREA VISA PORTAL website (Check Application Status & Print), enter Name in English, New Passport Number and Date of Birth to print out ‘visa grant notice’.

1) If ‘supplementation request’, check the reasons for supplementation, modify the relevant information and click ‘Modify’ to complete
supplementation.

1.3 Print out Change in Passport Information
1) If ‘Approval’, go to Check Application Status & Print, select
‘Diplomatic office’, enter your Name in English, New Passport Number, Date of Birth, and click ‘Search’ to find Certificate for Visa Grant Notice on page bottom.
2) Print out Visa Grant Notice with new passport information indicated.
※‘Search’ does NOT proceed with old passport information once Change of Passport Information has been approved.
