B urner Combustion Characteristics of Hybrid Type W ater Mixing Emulsion Fuel

물혼합 에멀젼 기술은 물의 급속한 분리에 의하여 불안정한 연소를 나타낸다. 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하 이브리드형 혼합장치를 부착한 버너의 성능을 계측하고 분석하였다. 원통형 실험용 보일러에 버너를 부착하였으며 연료와 물의 유량을 조절하고 흡기유량을 제어하면서 배기농도와 화염온도를 계측하였다. 실험결과 배기농도와 화 염온도를 유사하게 유지하는 경우 연료 소모율이 12% 저감되었으며, 흡기유량과 디젤오일 유량을 동일하게 유지하 는 경우 질소산화물이 45.5%, 일산화탄소가 98.5% 스모크가 97.2% 감소하였다.
