본 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언을 하고자 한다.

1) 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험과 결과를 같이 본 연구는 부족하며, 직장 내 괴롭힘은 병원의 특성에 따라 차이가 있을 것으로 추정되므로 추후 병원의 형태, 규 모, 문화 등을 고려한 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험과 결과의 동시 연구를 제언한다.

2) 국내 간호사를 대상으로 한 직장 삶의 질 연구는 미흡하므로 직장 삶의 질 관련 요인에 관한 탐색 연구를 지속해서 수행할 것을 제언한다.

3) 간호사의 직장 삶의 질에서 낮은 영역은 업무설계와 인력으로 나타났다. 그 러므로 이러한 결과에 대한 요인 파악을 위하여 병원을 확대한 반복 연구를 제언하며, 이와 더불어 위의 문제를 해결하는 방안 마련에 간호 조직, 의료 기관, 정부가 함께 노력해야 한다.

4) 직장 삶의 질에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 지지이므로 사회적 지지를 함양하고 강화할 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 더불어 효과평가에 관한 후속연구를 제언한다.

5) 본 연구는 일 지역 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 하였으므로 연 구결과의 일반화 하는데 제한이 있다. 그러므로 연구대상자수와 지역을 확대 한 반복연구를 제언한다.
