제언

본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언한다.

1.본 연구에서 혈액암 환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 총 효과가 가장 큰 자기효능감을 증진시키는 중재 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증할 필요가 있다.

2.본 연구에서 사회적 지지가 증상과 지각된 건강상태에 영향을 미친다는 선행연 구의 결과를 바탕으로 경로 설정을 하였으나 이들의 관계가 유의하지 않은 것으 로 분석되었다.따라서 이들 간의 관계를 검증하기 위한 추후 연구를 제언한다.

3.본 연구의 대상자는 편의 표집과정에서 혈액암 환자 중 관해된 환자가 표집되지 않았다.따라서 부분 관해,완전 관해 환자를 대상으로 삶의 질을 확인하기 위한 추후 연구를 제언한다.

4.본 연구는 혈액암 환자의 생물학적 특성과 삶의 질에 대한 관계 연구가 매우 적 어 생물학적 특성으로 ‘진단 후 기간’만이 포함되었다.따라서 혈액암 환자의 질 병과 관련된 다양한 생물학적 특성과 삶의 질의 관계를 설명하는 추후 연구를 제 언한다.

5.본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 선정한 변수 중 측정도구의 확인적 요인분석을 통해 잠재변수의 하부요인 중 일부(출혈예방 자기효능감,의료인 지지,가족 지지,신체 적 삶의 질,정서적 삶의 질)가 제거 되었다.따라서 이 요인들을 모두 포함된 추 후 연구를 제언한다.

6.본 연구의 결과를 일반화하기 위한 노력으로 다양한 지역의 혈액암 환자와 의료 기관의 규모별로 대상자를 포함하여 분석하는 추후 연구를 제언한다.
