All gardening services for Embassy’s premises such as chancery’s, consular section, ambassador residence, HRD office, 3 staff house, tennis court, swimming pool, etc.
- Branch cutting, Grass cutting, Tree/Grass/Flower planting and maintaining and cleaning for all gardening work in/out side of building.
Electrical Services
Routine checkup of all the electrical System & appliances which includes faulty bulbs, lights, fans, switches, sockets, short circuiting lines, re-wiring, plug points, managing tangled wires, load balancing and any other task.
Maintenance of Circuit Breakers and Distribution Panel.
Routine checkup of telephone(including dedicated; the leased line from PTCL) line and distribution board.
Installation/removal/location shift of various electrical equipment such as A/C, phone, PC, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. where necessary.
Maintenance of the office high voltage transformer, main electric meters, main power supply in liaison with Islamabad Electric Supply Company IESCO.
While installing high power consumption electrical device i.e. Heater, A/C, etc. the contractor should access electric current load between each electric phase to ensure electric load is equally shared in each phase to avoid any accident.
A thorough checking up to all the electrical systems which includes cleaning of all panel junctions, tightening of all connections, checking/cleaning/greasing of all contracts.
To repair or arrange all kinds of electronic and electrical items.
Checking, repair/replacement of all switches of light fittings, sockets and cleaning of all electrical equipment and accessories
Inform in advance of any planned electrical shut down.
Routine checkup for all the other electrical works.
Routine checkup for all the VRF(in future), Air condition system issues.
Maintaining overall air conditioning equipment.
Cleaning air filters.
Check and repair the units for any abnormal operation.
Check the refrigerant pressure; Filling of Gases in chiller.
Check the VRF(in future) system and repair all defects as required.
Check and maintain the Panels of Air conditioner in the office and Outdoor unit of Air conditioner.
Any other electrical task assigned by the Administration.
General maintenance
Routine checkup for all the general maintenance & repair work. The work includes also maintenance of flooring, walls, Ceiling, windows, carpeting, blinds, Generator, gas piping and so on.
Maintenance of Seepage on walls.
Maintenance of Building entrance automatic door
Replacement of damaged door and so on.
Maintenance of the Generator (including all filters, fuel, power connection, etc.)
Routine checkup for all the plumbing work.
Routine checkup for all the general maintenance work

• Toilet leakage repair
• Wash basin/Sink leakage repair
• Tap repair & replacement
• Soil, Waste and Rainwater drainage pipe lines
