➊① I've just returned from an awesome trip to Seoul.

➊① (Being) Full of excitement and anticipation, I began my journey at Heunginjimun Gate, the gate on the east side of the wall.

➋④ Then I passed through Ihwa Maeul, a village that was home to refugees following the Korean War.

④ 그러고 나서 저는 한국 전쟁이후 피난민들에게 거주지였던 마을인 이화 마을을 지나갔습니다.

⑤ Now, the village is decorated with colorful wall paintings and sculptures.

➌⑧ After looking around in this charming little village, I crossed over Naksan Mountain, which is the lowest of Seoul's four inner mountains.

② This mountain is quite steep, so my progress was a lot slower than (it was) expected.

② 이 산은 꽤 가파릅니다, 그래서 제 진행이 기대했던 것보다 훨씬 느렸습니다.

③ However, it wasn't long before I found myself gazing at the spectacular view from the mountain's 342-meter summit.

④ There, I spent some time looking upon the amazing panorama of Seoul, with its endless high-rise buildings stretching out below me.
