● 입사
• 관리실에서 호실 확인 후, 열쇠 및 침대시트를 수령하여 입실하면 됩니다.
• 강원대학교(정규 학사일정) 개강일 3 일 전부터, 생활관에 입사할 수 있습니다.
● 퇴사
• 방법: (퇴사하기 10 일 전에) 율곡관 행정실에 방문하여 퇴사신청서를 작성하여야, 생활관비를 환불 받을 수 있습니다.
• 비품 반납: 방 청소 후, 입사일에 받은 열쇠 및 침대시트를 관리실에 반납해야 합니다.

● 방학 중 생활관 거주
• 방학에는 추가로 신청하고, 생활관비를 납부한 후 거주할 수 있습니다. 방학 중 거주를 희망할 경우, 반드시 기간 내에 신청서를 제출해야 합니다. 생활관 건물 공사 또는 특별한 생활관 사정이 있을 경우에는, 방학 중에 거주하였던 건물과 다른 건물 또는 다른 호실로 이동하여 거주하여야 합니다. (방학에는 일부 생활관 건물만 개방함)
• 방학 거주신청을 하지 않은 학생은, 방 청소 후 퇴실하여야 합니다. 이 학생들은, 방학이 지난 후 2 학기에 원래 살던 건물로 다시 입사할 수 있습니다. (방학 중 고향에 다녀오는 학생들을 위하여, 짐 보관소에 박스 포장한 짐을 맡길 수 있음)
● 준비물
• 준비물: 침구류(이불, 베개), 세면도구, 컵, 옷, 기타 개인 물품 등
• 비치되어 있는 가구: 침대(매트리스 포함), 옷장, 책상, 의자
• 반입 금지 물품: 모든 취사도구 및 가열기구
(예>전기장판, 냉장고, 히터, 다리미, 전기포트 등) 단, 국제생활관은 취사도구 사용 가능
● 건강진단서 제출
단체생활을 위하여 생활관에 입사하는 모든 학생은 병원에서 검진을 받고
‘건강진단서’를 제출해야 합니다. (입사 전 1 회에 한 함)
경우: 입학 다음 년도부터 매년 다시 건강검진을 받고, 학생생활관 행정실에 건강진단서 제출.
● 지문등록
생활관생은 건물 및 식당 출입을 위하여 지문등록을 해야 합니다. 입사하는 날 열쇠 수령 후, 관리실에서 지문을 등록할 수 있습니다. (1 분 소요)
(BTL 거주학생은 카드키로 출입하기 때문에, 지문등록을 할 필요가 없습니다.)

• The Application to the Dormitory is held four times a year online on the dormitory website.

• If applicants for a specific dorm exceed that dorm’s full capacity, your building will be decided by the KNU dormitory office. (Especially, Global dorm and BTL)
• Quadruple rooms will be assigned to undergraduate students and double rooms to graduate students
● Check-in
• A sheet for bed and key will be provided when you visit the Resident Adviser room(Housing Office).
• Students can enter their dormitory room 3 days before the starting day of KNU courses.
● Check Out
• Check Out Document Submission: (At least 10 days before leaving) Complete the check-out form picked up from your Resident Adviser and submit it for the refund of the Deposit.
• Returning of individual items: Students should move out after returning all individual items provided on the first day(card or key, bed sheet) to the Resident Adviser. The Resident Adviser will check those items and give permission to move out.

● Housing between semesters (Vacation)
• Current residents can stay in Dorm during vacation with an extra charge. Those who want to stay during the vacation may apply for it during the application period. In the event of a scheduled construction or other unforeseeable circumstances, residents may be asked to move to a different building or room.
• Those who won't stay in the dormitory during vacations should clean their room and check out.
They can check in on the same dorm at the 2nd semester. (Possible to keep personal baggage in the dormitory storage during vacations)
● Things to prepare
• Personal items: Bedding, toiletries, cups, clothes and other personal items.
• Equipped furniture: bed(included a mattress), closet, desk and chair
• Prohibited items: Any kind of heating or electrical appliance (e.g. electric blankets, space heaters, irons, coffee makers, toasters, portable stoves, cooking utensils, candles), and potentially dangerous items such as flammable materials.
● Annual Health Examination (Medical report)
• Every dormitory student has to submit a health examination certificate(medical report) before entering the dorm. Newly admitted international students/residents who already submitted their medical reports to the university no longer need to submit medical reports to the dormitory. However, if an international student is going to stay in the dormitory for another year or so, he/she will have to submit a new medical report (health certificate) the following year.
●
Fingerprint Registration• Dormitory Residents (except BTL residents), upon checking in, must register their fingerprints at the dormitory office to access the cafeteria and enter their dormitory building. Fingerprint registration will only take about a minute.
• BTL residents use key cards instead of fingerprints to use the cafeteria and enter their rooms.

● 入寝
→在管理室确认房间后，领取钥匙和床单即可入寝。
→江原大学（正规的学事日程）开课前的 3 天可以入住寝室。
● 退寝
→方法：（退寝 10 天前）到栗谷馆的行政室进行询问填写退寝申请书，退还寝室费。
→常用品的返还：房间清扫后，入寝时拿到的钥匙和床单请归还到管理室。
