upon adsorption of atmospheric molecules in microcrystalline silicon films. The photo-conductivity followed similar decay-recover processes upon air exposure - thermal anneal cycles as did the dark conductivity. Some films showed a thermal quenching and/or a negative photo-conductivity effect in a specific range of temperature. The time dependence of the conductivity’s decays upon air exposure could be represented by using a stretched-exponential function. A rate equation and a dispersion factor were suggested for the stretched exponential decay.
