코로나19 관련 단기사증 발급 제한이 해제됨에 따라 2022. 6. 6.(월) 부터 아래와 같이 사증을 접수합니다.
□ 사증 접수 시간 : 월~목요일 근무일 오전 09:00-11:30 ㅇ 기존의 국가/지역별 여권에 따른 사증 접수 요일 구분 없음.
ㅇ 본인 방문 신청만 가능 ㅇ 온라인 예약 필요
□ 사증심사 기간 ㅇ 최소 7 근무일
- 사증발급인정서 번호를 가지고 신청시 최소 3 근무일 소요
- 다만, F 계열 사증 (F-1 / F-2 / F-3 / F-4 / F-6) 및 가사도우미 C-3 사증은 최소 15 근무일 소요
- 사증 신청일, 공휴일, 토요일, 일요일 불포함
□ 사증수령 시간 : 월~금요일 근무일 오후 13:30-16:30
ㅇ 사증 접수시 혹은 SMS 개별 통지시 안내하는 일자에 방문 수령
□ 참고 사항
1) 사증 접수시, 대한민국 비자포털 visa.go.kr 홈페이지의 전자서식 (비자신청서) 으로 제출
ㅇ 기존의 수기로 작성하는 [사증발급신청서] 는 접수 불가

- 전자서식(비자신청서) 의 모든 공란을 성실하게 작성하지 않는 경우, 사증발급이 불허될 수 있음.
2) 관광 등 단기 방문 목적 사증 (C-3 계열) 발급 재개
ㅇ 법무부 고시 국가 국민은 홍콩/마카오에 장기 비자를 소지하고 계속하여 2년 이상 체류하였으며 현재 소지하고 있는 사증의 유효 기간이 3개월 이상 남아 있어야 함.

ㅇ 코로나19로 효력이 잠정 정지된 복수 사증의 효력 재개
- 코로나19 발생 이전에 발급받은 복수 사증(C-3-4 복수 사증)의 유효기간이 남아 있을 경우 6.1일부터 해당 사증을 다시 사용할 수 있음. 유효한 복수 사증을 소지하고 있는 경우 동일한 코드의 단수 사증을 신청할 필요가 없음.
ㅇ 홍콩 HKSAR / 영국 BNO 여권
- 2022년 7월 1일 0시(한국시간)부터 무사증/사증면제 입국이 재개 될 예정으로 K-ETA 신청이 가능

3) 가사보조인 C-3 사증 발급 재개
ㅇ 대한민국 국민에게 채용된 가사도우미가 주홍콩총영사관 홈페이지 [체류자격별 제출서류] 안내에 명시한 목적에 한하여 접수 가능 - 상세 내용 : 주홍콩총영사관 홈페이지 > English > Consular/Visa

4) 재입국연장허가, 홍콩무범죄기록증명서(CNCC) 요청서한 등 관련 업무는 근무일 오후 13:30-16:30 에 방문

[MUST READ] VISA APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Last revised: 15 July 2022
As restrictions on short-terms visas issuance due to COVID-19 have been lifted, the Visa Section of Consulate General of Republic of Korea in Hong Kong will be operated under the following measures starting from 6 June 2022 (Monday) :
□ Visa Application Hours:
ㅇ Monday to Thursday morning (normal working days) from 09:00AM to 11:30AM
- No longer have day restrictions for different nationalities - ONLY apply in person
- MAKE ONLINE RESERVATION
□ Visa Processing Time:
ㅇ At least seven (7) working days
- At least three (3) working days if the applicant presents the [Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance]
- At least fifteen (15) working days for domestic helper visas (C3) and F-series visas (F-1 / F-2 / F-3 / F-4 / F-6)
- The submission day, Sat, Sun and public holidays are excluded
□ Visa Collection Hours:
ㅇ Monday to Friday afternoon (normal working days) from 13:30PM to 16:30PM
- Collection date will be informed during the application or by SMS messages later when the result is out
□ Others:
1) During visa applications, e-Form (Visa) filled out on the Korea Visa Portal (www.visa.go.kr) are required to submit and the previously used ‘Visa Application Form’ will not be accepted anymore.
Please complete the e-Form (Visa) online in advance as no entry would be allowed to our office for applications without the completed e-Form.

- All fields on the e-Form (Visa) should be filled out completely andcorrectly, otherwise it shall be subjected to rejection of visa issuance.
2) Routine visa services would be resumed starting from 1 June 2022
All short-term visas which have been restricted since April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic would be resumed and applications can be submitted starting from 1 June 2022.
※ With the updated implementation details of K-ETA, visa-free entry for HKSAR & BNO Passport holders will be resumed from 1st July 2022 for short-term visiting purposes (i.e tourism, business meetings, family visit, etc.).

ㅇ Resumption of the issuance of tourism visas (C39)
- Applicants from certain countries can only apply visa in our office if he/
she has been resided in Hong Kong/Macau with a long-term stay visa for the last 2 consecutive years and the visa validity is more than 3 months during application.

ㅇ Multiple entry visas issued before COVID-19 whose validity have been temporarily suspended will be valid again
- If you hold a multiple entry visa issued before the outbreak of COVID-19 which has not expired, you will be allowed to use that visa again from 1 June 2022, and do not need to apply for another visa.
ㅇ Resumption of the issuance of domestic helper visas (C3)
- A domestic helper being employed by a Korean national can only apply for the domestic helper visa for the purposes specified on our website.

3) For applications regarding the Extension of Re-entry permit and referral letter of CNCC (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction), please visit our office during normal working days from 13:30PM to 16:30PM.
