◈ Education Period
1. Admission date : 2014 Spring Semester, March 3rd 2014 2. Freshmen admission : 4 years, March 2014 ~ February 2018
※ Division of Architecture(Major : Architecture) : 5 years, March 2014 ~ February 2019 3. Transfer admission
a. 2nd year(Sophomore) transfer : 3 years, March 2014 ~ February 2017 b. 3rd year(Junior) transfer : 2 years, March 2014 ~ February 2016
◈ Provided Scholarship 1. Full Tuition Fee Exemption
2. Living expense support : 200,000 KRW per month(Approx. US$180)
◈ Qualification for Application
1. Nationality holder from PCU 44 Strategic Countries
2. Applicant and his/her parents must have foreign citizenships against Korean and must hold an accredited high school diploma
a. 2nd year(Sophomore) transfer
- Applicants who finished 1 year(2 semesters) from home university of college b. 3rd year(Junior) transfer
- Applicants who finished 2 years(4 semesters) from home university of college 3. Applicants who have TOPIK Certificate over level 3
※ TOPIK : Test of Proficiency in Korean, www.topik.go.kr/
4. Applicant must have a GPA(Grade point average) of at least 80% points/grades/marks/
scores out of 100% from the previously attended institution(high school or college or university).
a. If the transcript is not indicated in points/grades/marks/scores format, or is difficult to convert into percentages, attachment of official explanation from the head/principal/
president of the attended institution is required.
b. Second option : Official letter from the head/principal/president of the attended institution that reveals the applicant’s points/grades/marks/scores rank is within 10%
from the top.(※ GPA : Grade Point Average)

◈ Selection Schedule
1. Application Period : December 2nd ~ 6th 2013
2. Announcement of successful candidates(by e-mail) : January 24th 2014 3. Sending acceptance letter(by post mail) : January 24th 2014
4. Entry into Korea(suggest arrival period at PCU) : February 26th ~ 28th 2014 - PCU dormitory check-in, orientation for new incoming international students 5. Admission date : 2014 Spring Semester, March 3rd 2014
◈ Scholarship Suspension & Cancellation of Scholarship
If you are found to be engaged in any of the following activities during your stay at PCU, your scholarship shall be suspended or the scholarship provided to you must be returned to PCU and you will be deported back to your country.
1. When any statement made on any of the application materials are proved false and qualification are proved lower than required.
2. When the scholar not abide by all conditions and regulations of Pai Chai University.
3. When the scholar fail to maintain 2.00(out of 4.5) of his/her points, tuition fee exemption scholarship will not be provided for the following semester.
4. When the scholar fail to maintain 2.50(out of 4.5) of his/her points, living expense support(200,000 KRW per month) scholarship will not be provided for the following semester.
5. Scholar must obtain level 4 of TOPIK during the study period to graduate Pai Chai University.
6. Scholar must live at PCU on-campus dormitory for at least 1 year(1st year).

- Document that is not in English OR Korean MUST be ACCOMPANIED by a complete English OR Korean translation authenticated by the issuing institution or an official notary office.
※ Documents should be presented in their original form.
- Document that is not original(a copy of the original) must have a stamp on it(or attach an additional letter) which indicates the issuing institution approves the copy has the same effect as the original.
※ Copies of applicant’s and his/her parents’ alien Registration Card - Additional submission only for who are living in Korea.
※ Submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant.
