Single-entry visa valid for 3 months Period of stay is up to *90 days

Documents to prove that a Korean spouse has decent accommodation for his/her spouse and children (i.e.

Documents to prove that an applicant speaks the Korean language (i.e. TOPIK test results, degrees in the Korean language, language training completion certificates, etc.)
※ If an applicant does not speak the Korean language, his/her Korean spouse may be requested to present proof that a Korean spouse speaks the language spoken by an applicant.

Note
1. Only cash will be accepted for application fee.
2. Please be noted that the above guideline is for reference only, and additional documents may be requested if it is deemed necessary during the reviewing process of your visa application.
3. Documents submitted for a visa application will not be returned regardless of the results. Please make necessary copies by yourself before the submission.
4. Please make an online reservation on the Consular Services 24 website (https://consul.mofa.go.kr) before visiting the Embassy to submit your application. (Walk-in submission will not be accepted.)
5. Marriage migrant visa application must be submitted by an applicant or his/her Korean spouse, who may be interviewed by the visa consul at the Embassy upon submission of application or at later times.
6. In principle, non-Malaysians are eligible to apply a visa to the Embassy in Kuala Lumpur only if they are;
- diplomatic or official passport holders - long-term pass holders in Malaysia - Malaysian permanent residents
7. [IMPORTANT] Applicants from the following countries are required to prove that one has stayed in Malaysia for over two years on a valid long-term pass, and one’s current pass is valid at least for over six months. Otherwise, the visa application should be submitted to the Korean Embassy or Consulate General in one’s home country.
