4대강 사업으로 추진되는 영산강 유역(나주지구)의 농업용수 특성을 조사 지점과 시기 별로 구명하여 정책지원 자료로 활용하고자함

재 료 및 방 법 (M aterials and M ethods)

◦ 조사 지점 : 영산강 유역(나주지구)내 나주대교~영산동 만봉천 사이 6개소 - 금천제방 쪽 3개소, 나주제방 쪽 3개소 - 조사지점 위치 : 오강천, 영산천, 봉황천, 송월천, 토계천, 나주천 ◦ 조사시기 : 4월(생육 초기), 8월(생육 최성기), 10월(생육 후기) ◦ 조사항목 : 조사지점 위치 및 농업용수, 수질 분석 등 실 험 결 과 (Results) ◦ 영산강 6개 지천별 하천수의 수질을 2년간 4월, 8월, 10월 조사한 결과 생물학적 산소요구량은 2.9~5.6mg/L으로 적정치 8mg/L이하였으나 2010년보다 2011년의 4월, 10월 중순경에 용존 산소는 5.4~9.1mg/L으로 2mg/L보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. ◦ 하천수의 부유물질은 대체로 기준치인 15mg/L 이하를 나타냈으나, 총 질소함량은 5.81~ 7.06mg/L으로 모두 기준치인 1.0mg/L을 훨씬 초과하였고, 총 인함량도 0.11~ 0.15mg/L으로 기준치인 0.10mg/L를 초과하였으며 2011년의 4월 중순 강수로 지천에서 강 본류로 유입과 10월 중순에 승촌, 죽산보 준공으로 하천 유수의 담수화로 기준치 초과하였지만 비교적 농업용수로 수질상태가 양호하였다. ◦ 하천수에 들어있는 중금속 성분에서 Fe 함량은 0.13~0.17mg/L, Cu 함량은 0.002~ 0.006mg/L, Zn 함량은 0.006~0.008mg/L으로 거의 미량으로 검출되었고 Cd 함량은 0.001mg/L으로 기준치인 0.01mg/L이하였으며 As 함량은 0.001mg/L으로 기준치인 0.05mg/L이하로 검출되었다. 14)
