1. Introduction
Nuclear power plants of 24 units are operating in republic of Korea and Kori 1 unit from 24 units was shutdown. As all the operating nuclear power plants approach design life time of them, they will gradually have a view of shutdown. When a nuclear power plant is decommissioned, a lot of decommissioned waste will be generated. The documents of decommissioned waste information are very important for the strategy of decommissioning of the nuclear power plants. They are to be documents from generation of decommissioned waste to disposal of decommissioned waste. These documents are to be document for optimization of treatment process, document for classification, document for cutting technology, document for decontamination of decommissioned waste, and document of decommissioned design. To conduct setup of document management system which these documents of decommissioned waste is reviewed, approved, registered, referred, searched, and printed is to be considered as essential strategy of decommissioned waste [1-2].
In this study, to do planning for setup of document management system of decommissioned waste, the document lists for decommissioned waste is drawn up. The component document forms are drawn up and the flow sheet of document management is also drawn up. In the future, when completing the setup of document management system of decommissioned waste, the performance tests on document management system of decommissioned waste will be carried out.
2. Document Management System of
Decommissioned Waste
2.1 Component Document Management
Table 1 shows component documents management. To do planning for setup of document management system of decommissioned waste, the components of document management for decommissioned waste are to be drawn up. They consist of the document lists, document cover for approving the documents, document distribution for reviewing the documents, document form for waste history management, and document form for confirming waste treatment of decommissioned waste.

2.2 Flow Sheet of Document Management
Fig. 1 shows the flow sheet of document management of decommissioned waste. At first, the documents of decommissioned waste are drawn up. They are reviewed by project members, independent expert, and ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable). The reviewed documents are approved by decider and they are registered.

2.3.1 Documents management. Documents management is to draw up documents and approve them. Documents management consists of document distribution for agreement (DDA), Inter-office correspondence (IOC), design documents, design drawing, and project manager memo (PM memo). First, document distribution for agreement is to gain agreement from reviewing of technical related division about internal production documents and to approve them. Second, IOC is to co-operate the work of organization and to hold technical information in common. Third, design documents contains document number, title, prepared signature, UHYLHZHU¶V VLJQDWXUH DSSURYHU¶V VLJQDWXUH RQ document cover and is to be completed documents through DDA.
2.3.2 Organization management. To conduct decommission project, decommission technology research division has to organize structure, register structure, manage structure, manage business related institutes, give the rights to use document management system, and manage it. Decommission technology research division is now the structure of research and development. When decommissioning nuclear power plants and research reactors, decommission technology research division will change the structure of research and development into the business structure.
2.3.3 Documents keeping. Documents keeping is to store approved documents (DDA, IOC, PM memo, design documents, design drawing), to register approved documents with manuscript, the minutes, test materials, educational training, procurement, quality assurance, and related business data.
3. Conclusion
To draw up, review, approve, register the documents of radiological characteristic information of decommissioned waste, the planning for document management system setup is drawn up. The document sheet is drawn up. Document management system is also organized. In the future, when completing setup of document management system of decommissioned waste, the performance tests on document management system of decommissioned waste will be carried out.
