Theme 2. The Quality of Work Life Related to Patient Safety Incidents

B. Factor of Influencing Quality of Work Life

Ⅶ. CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS

2. Suggestions

First, the validity of the Korean versions of the JCAT, Resonant Leadership Scale, and WRQoL Scale as assessment tools have not been proven in this study. Subsequent studies and tool developments are required to address the validity of the translated assessment tools.

Second, this study focused only on the quality of work life of nurses involved in patient safety incidents. Subsequent studies need to take into considerate those not involved in patient safety incidents and compare the quality of work life of the two groups.

Third, appropriate intervention programs must be developed to improve the employee health, organizational health, and quality of work life of nurses involved in patient safety incidents.
