Education and Training Cost of Companies
The number of unemployed training participants in programs for the development of professional skills increased significantly with the introduction of the My Work learning card system and reached a peak of 451 thousand in 2013, but has since dropped sharply to 277 thousand participants in 2018. In 2019, just as for the career education environment of schools, the ratio of annual planning of vocational education (87.4% for primary schools, 97.4% for secondary schools, 99.3% for secondary schools), budget allocation for vocational education (84.9% for primary schools , 98.2% for middle schools, 94.6% for high schools) and departments dedicated to career education (90.0% for elementary schools, 93.8% for middle schools, 95.6% for high schools) are were quite high. The ratio for independent career education space was quite low (5.5% for elementary schools, 58.0% for middle schools, 56.5% for high schools).
