•Language Requirements

- Korean Track: Obtained TOPIK level 4 or higher before graduation - English Track: Obtained of IELTS 6.0 or higher or equivalent English proficiency before graduation

Graduate school of Art and Science

(Doctorate)

•Students who have acquired 24 credits or more in regular courses and have a GPA of B(3.0) or higher, who have passed the foreign language test and the major comprehensive test, and then passed the thesis examination

※ Substitute for thesis in some departments (refer to the requirements for replacing master's thesis by general graduate school department)

•Credit-alternative graduation: Those who have acquired 30 or more credits in regular courses and have a GPA of B(3.0) or higher and have passed the foreign language test and the major comprehensive test

•Qualification: two or more semester credits and acquirer at least 6 credits

•Implementation time: every semester starts (March and September)

•Acceptance Criterion: more than 60 Points out of 100

※ Korean track for International students: when expire date is a valid of TOPIK 4 level, Foreign language (English major) Exam is not required. (Test exemption application period separate notice)

※ English Track for International Students: Exemption of foreign language (major English) examination

(application period for exam exemption) in case of a valid IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent English grade) submission.

Comprehensive Exam

•Test subjects: 2 subjects for a master's degree / 3 subjects for a doctoral degree

•Qualification: Applicants who have registered for more than 3 semesters and have a GPA of 3.0 / 4.5 or higher

•Implementation time: Once every semester (April, October)

•Acceptance: more than 70 Points out of 100

Publication of a brief dissertation (written language and recognized magazines vary depending on the department of the statute)

•The number of publications required for each specialty is different, and a small dissertation must be published in an academic journal according to the standards of each specialty.
