요 약 본 연구는 체육지도자 자격제도와 실기 및 구술 자격검정에 대한 응시자들의 인식을 분석하여 향후 체육지

도자 자격제도의 발전적 방향을 제시하였다 년 급 생활 유소년 노인 급 장애인스포츠지도사의 실기 및 구 술 자격검정에 참여한 응시자 명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 회신된 유효표본 부를 대 상으로 첫째 조사응답자의 인구통계학적 특성 파악을 위한 빈도분석 둘째 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 분석을 위 한 요인분석 셋째 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 자격제도에 대한 인식의 차이분석을 위한 교차분석 넷째 실기 및 구 술 자격검정에 대한 인식 분석을 위한 기술통계분석 마지막으로 체육전공 여부에 따른 실기 및 구술 자격검정에 대 한 인식의 차이를 알아보았다 본 연구의 결과로는 첫째 조사응답자의 연령 학력 체육전공여부에 따라 체육지도자 자격제도에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 둘째 조사응답자의 성별 연령대 학력 체육전공여부에 따라 실기 및 구술 자격검정 인식에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다
