Visa document check list
○ Student Visa(D-2, D-4)
□ Passport with validity of minimum 6 months
□ One passport sized-photo with white background _Only valid taken within 6 months □ Visa application form
□ Covering letter or requesting letter for visa
□ Original admission certificate _Should be issued within 3 months
□ Certificate of business registration from Inviter(University) _Should be issued within 3 months □ Acceptance letter or Receipt enrollment(tuition) payment
□ Education certificate copy or Final degree certificate copy □ Student proof bonafide certificate _if any
□ Letter of one’s financial supporter _Specify occupation
□ Last 2 years IT return of financial supporter with saving account _e.g parent, oneself (If not eligible -> Letter of reason, Last 6 months bank statement with saving account) * Financial support(one’s income/saving) should be sufficient,
otherwise may required to submit additional documents.
□ Scholarship letter from Korea _if applicable
* Scholarship given from the mentioned admission certificate, institution, program or the inviter(University) should be clarified.
□ Confirmed flight ticket
□ TB (Tuberculosis test) medical report from authorized hospital _For those staying more than 90days □ Consent to quarantine
※ The bank statement must submit the original copy with the seal and signature.
※ Submit all the documents received from Korea in original or colored with clear copy. (Invitation letter, etc.)
※ Application with incomplete documents cannot be submitted.
※ Check all documents above and fill the boxes out
※ Correction pen or tape should not be used on the documents.
※ Documents downloaded from the website of the Korean Consulate in Chennai are only be accepted.

※ In terms of the validity of all documents, unless specific validity is mentioned, all documents are only valid for three months since its issuance.
