This product is not hazardous according to EC criteria.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES

Never give fluids or induce vomiting if patient is unconscious or is having convulsions.

Inhalation

Remove to fresh air.

Skin Contact

Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur or irritation persists. Wash clothing before reuse.

Eye Contact

Flush eyes thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses after initial 1-2 minutes and continue flushing for several additional minutes. If effects occur, consult a physician, preferably an ophthalmologist.

Ingestion

Wash out the mouth with water (do not swallow).

Note to Physician

No specific antidote. Treatment of exposure should be directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical condition of the patient.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES Extinguishing Media

For large fires, use: Foam. Water fog or fine spray.

Hand held carbon dioxide or dry chemical extinguishers may be used for small fires.

Combustion products may include and are not limited to: Carbon monoxide. Carbon dioxide. Hydrogen chloride.

Protection of Firefighters

Take precautions to avoid accumulation of static charge. Ground all handling and transfer operations to minimise build-up of static charges.

Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid contact with eyes. Provide adequate ventilation.

Local exhaust ventilation may be necessary for some operations.

Personal Protective Equipment - Respiratory Protection

For most conditions, no respiratory protection should be needed;

however, in dusty atmospheres, use an approved particulate respirator.

Any plastic or rubber glove which provides a water-proof barrier should provide adequate skin protection.
