논문취소: 반응표면분석법을 이용한 젖산발효 도라지 추출물이 첨가된 도라지 추출농축액 제품의 최적화 연구

보건복지부 지정 공용기관생명윤리위원회는 한국식품영양과학회지 2017년 11월호(46권11호) p 1386-1396에 게재된 `반응표면분석법을 이용한 젖산발효 도라지 추출물이 첨가된 도라지 추출농 축액 제품의 최적화 연구' 관련 연구 과정에서 전체 연구대상자로부터 서면동의를 취득하지 않은 것을 확인하여 연구윤리위원회의 승인(P01-201708-13-001)을 취소하고, 해당 연구의 모든 결과물 에 대하여 사용이 불가하다고 우리 학회에 통보해 왔습니다. 이에, 우리 학회는 연구윤리위원회의 심의를 거쳐 해당 논문을 취소하기로 결정하였습니다.

The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition has been notified by the Public Institutional Review Board Designated by Ministry of Health and Welfare that Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval (P01-201708-13-001) on this article (J Korean Soc Food Sci Nutr. 2017. 46(11):1386-1396) was canceled because of inappropriate process in the research so that all results of the study are not available.

Therefore, the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition decided to retract the article according to the deliberation of the Research Ethics Committee. The corresponding author also understands and agrees to the retraction, and apologizes to the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition for any inconvenience caused by the publication and retraction of this article.
