Note:For International students, who are applying for Pharmacy and Early Childhood Education majors, please be informed that you will not be awarded with the respective certification upon graduation.
Certification is only awarded to local students for professional practice domestically.

The applicant must have finished or about to finish all secondary education and/or bachelor’s education in their home countries, equivalent to Korean academic years (12th grade high school graduation).
□ Korean/ English Language Proficiency: Students who hold a Level 3 or above in Korean Proficiency test (S-TOPIK)

Admitted international students with TOPIK level 4 or up
Global Partnership Transfer Student
Scholarship
1. Full tuition and dormitory provided for 4 semesters.
2. From the 5th semester, Global Awareness Scholarship conditions will be applied.

Global Partnership Scholarship
1. Scholarship Period: 4 years (Undergraduate)/
2years (Graduate)
2. Full tuition for Korean Language Program 3. Tuition & Fees: Full tuition coverage for 4
years (Undergraduate)/ 2years (Graduate) and the entrance fee for the first semester.
4. Dormitory fee: Full coverage for 4 years (Undergraduate)/ 2years (Graduate)
5. Monthly Stipend: 300,000 won per month

1. Only regular curriculum that is based on the education laws of individual countries shall be acknowledged. Courses in kindergartens, nursery schools or language training programs will not be acknowledged.
2. Foreign school's academic year will be acknowledged based on Korean academic years of primary, secondary and high school years.
Primary school course : 1st to 6th academic year [Grade 1~6]
Secondary school course : 7th to 9th academic year [Grade 7~9]
High school course: 10th to 12(13)th academic year [Grade 10~12(13)]
3. If the applicant has finished her 12th academic year in a country where a 13-year academic course is established, she will be considered equivalent to a high school graduate in Korea.
4. If the applicant has graduated from a high school where there is less than 12-year education system in place, the difference can be offset by the period she has enrolled in college in her home country. However, if the applicant has completed her primary, middle and high school education in her home country and has obtained her graduation certificate (or in progress) for each school, she will be treated as an equivalent to a high school graduate in Korea.
5. Qualification exam in and out of the countries (GED of USA and Canada, China's self-study examination) will not be acknowledged.

<Notes>
1. Application form and other materials should be filled out either in Korean or in English. Documents such as certificates or credentials issued in languages other than Korean or English MUST include official notarized translation.
2. When you submit your graduate certificates, enrollment certificates and transcripts, you should obtain an Apostille stamp or verification from the Korean consulate of the foreigner's own country or verification from the Korean Council for University Education to the immigration office. Apostille Approval can also be obtained from a designated institution by a national government (In Korea, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides Apostille for such documents). The document is required once during the foreigner's Korea sojourn period.
*An Apostille is a seal applied by an official government authority/body that confirms the authenticity of a document and of the official signature when that document has to go to a foreign country.

3. Under dire circumstances, if applicant is unable to submit documents within the application period, applicant is required to submit them upon admission into the university.
4. For applicants who submitted a Provisional Graduation Certificate of High School as an expectant graduate during the application period should submit her
Graduation Certificate of High School upon arrival in Korea.
The International Dormitory at Duksung Women’s University is designed to have condominium-like living experience for students providing comfort and wide-ranging facilities for daily needs. It can accomodate 8-12 students per unit, consisting of 4 single rooms, 3 twin rooms and a kitchen. The diverse living environment equip students with opportunities to practice good deeds and virtue, establish and maintain global friendships, upholding peaceful cooperation and spirit of Duksung through multi-cultural living and dormitory management.
