Quarantine Exemption via the "Consular

Services 24" website

Non-Membership Log In

※ An authentication number will be emailed to you if logging in as a guest. This might take some time.

(Request an authentication number just once.

This will speed up your login process.)

※ For minors aged under six who are entering Korea with their

parents who have been vaccinated for visit to immediate family, a

separate application must be made for quarantine exemption under a guest account.

Read the "Privacy Policy Agreement for Application for an Exemption from

Quarantine" and provide your consent.

Click "Apply”

Attach the required documents.

- Since the required documents may vary by consular office, please check the related

※ Insufficient submission of required documents can be a ground for rejection of your application.

- You can upload up to 7 files, each no larger than 1 MB. If you have more than 7 files to upload,

please compress them into a single file or scan them into a single PDF file.

Application status

- You can check the status of your application for a quarantine

exemption by going to "My Services" > " Service Status“

Processing status

※ Application submitted:

Your application has been received and is being reviewed.

※ Application rejected:

Your application was rejected. The reason for rejection will be forwarded to you by email.

※ Application approved:

Your application was approved.

Once your application is approved and your exemption from quarantine is granted by your consular office, your Quarantine Exemption Certificate will be sent to your email in a PDF format. Please understand that it might take some time to receive this email.
