• Blast

– 정상 골수 <5% of ANC(all nucleated cell)

– Acute leukemia ≥ 20% of ANC

• FAB classification vs. WHO classification

– MDS < 20%

• Multiple myeloma – plasma cell

• MPD-lineage proliferation
