제언 - 임상간호사의 제세동 시행에 대한 태도와 영향요인

본 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다.

1.간호사의 제세동 시행에 대한 태도의 다차원적 영향요인을 포함한 반복연구를 제언한다.

2.충분한 표본수의 다기관,다병동 간호사를 대상으로 제세동 시행에 대한 태도 관련 요인을 파악하는 반복연구를 제언한다.

3.간호사의 조기 제세동 시행에 대한 태도의 긍정적인 변화를 위한 교육프로그 램 개발 연구를 제언한다.

This cross-sectionalstudy examined the contributing factors influencing the attitudesof212nursesworking intheEmergencyDepartment(ED)orIntensive CareUnit(ICU)forover1yeartowardsnurse-initiateddefibrillation.Datawere collected from September 21, 2015, to October 12, 2015, using structured questionnaires that measured the attitudes (Makinen, 2009). Data were statistically analysed using descriptive statistics,independent t-test,one-way analysis ofvariance,Pearson’s correlation coefficientand hierarchicalmultiple regression.

Theresultsofthisstudyareasfollows.

1. The mean score of the attitudes of nurses towards nurse-initiated defibrillationwas61.37ofapossible91.

2.Statistically significantdifferencesintheattitudeswereobservedbasedon the current position of nurses (p=.003), their experiences regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (p<.001) and defibrillation (p<.001) and theirCPR-related certificates(p=.001).In addition,theattitudeswere compared with theirtenure in ED/ICU (p<.001)and in clinicalsettings

3.Hierarchicalmultipleregression showed thatthe attitudesofnurseswere significantly affected by their experiences regarding CPR (p=.003), knowledge regarding ECG interpretation/defibrillation (p=.007)and tenure inED/ICU (p=.043).

Theseresultsindicatethatemployersshouldsetpoliciestosupportnursesin maintaining their careers in ED/ICU as wellas conductsystematic education programsforthem.
