초등학교의 어린이 비만율은 해마다 늘어나고 있어 심각한 사회 문제가 되고 있 다. 즉 비만아는 체형의 변화와 운동능력의 저하에 따른 열등감으로 남 앞에 나서 기를 꺼리며 자기비하로 이어져 정신적인 질환을 가져와 학업의 저하와 원만한 학

교 생활을 하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 이러한 어린이 비만의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 신체적 정신적 방법으로 운동의 참여가 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구룰 토대로 일정기간 육상운동을 지속했을 때 임계강도설정에 따라 비만도 나 체지방율(%) 에는 어떤 변화가 오는지에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어 졌으 면 한다.

The Research of The Exercise Time at Critical Power of Primary School Students by

Exercise Intensity Fixing

The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of exercise time at critical power by exercise intensity fixing for directly after athletic training during three months and after a month break off exercise and accomplishment percentage.

The subjects was consisted of 20 males(11 yrs), 20 females(11 yrs) on primary school. The subjects were given a day recovery among respectively record.

The critical power measured by time-distance relationship on 4 distance (400m, 800m, 1,200m, 1,600m) running record of directly after athletic training during three months Exercise intensity fixing was consist of 5

percent light intensity, normal intensity, 5 percent strong intensity. It was based on critical power measured by after three months athletic training. The measurement of exercise time at critical power was carried out directly after athletic training during three months.

The main findings were as follows;

First, the CP were significant difference between male and female(male 3.25±0.38m/sec, female 2.69±0.20m/sec, p<.01)

Second, exercise time at critical power in after athletic training during three months were male 72.54±22.17minutes and female 66.42±

19.04minutes(5 percent light intensity), male 51.24±16.08minutes and female 44.78±15.65minutes(normal intensity), male 40.57±14.24minute and female 35.12±12.98minutes(5 percent strong intensity)

Exercise time at critical power in after a month break off exercise were male 50.35±18.28minutes and female 42.43±14.86minutes(5 percent light intensity), male 38.23±13.85minutes and female 34.00±13.23minuts (normal intensity), male 28.31±11.20minute and female 24.98±

11.43minutes(5 percent strong intensity)

Third, exercise time at critical power in after athletic training during three months decreased 31.94 percent in 5 percent light intensity(69.48

±20.99minutes to 47.29±16.98minutes), 23.77 percent in normal intensity(48.01±15.77minutes to 36.12±13.68minutes), 29.60 percent in 5 percent storng intensity(37.85±13.55minutes to 26.65±11.15minutes).

The exercise time at critical power by exercise intensity fixing were significant difference(p<.01) between directly after athletic training during three months and after a month break of exercise, except for

female in normal identity(p〈.05).

Fourth, in accomplishment percentage by exercise intensity fixing, male were 1.00±2.46 percent(5 percent light intensity), 2.52±4.77 percent(normal identity), 9.82±7.09 percent(5 percent strong intensity) and female were 2.31±5.28 percent(5 percent light intensity), 3.22±1.52 percent(normal identity), 5.29±1.23 percent(5 percent strong intensity).

From the results, this study showed that there were significant decrease compare exercise time at critical power of directly after athletic training during three months with exercise time at critical power of after a month break off exercise.
