4. 追加硏究
본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 국가의 국민에 대한 건강에 관한 기본권 보장 이라는 중요한 임무수행의 한 사례라고 볼 수 있으며, 보다 편리하고 부가가치 를 제고하며 대상범위를 확장하는 노력을 지속적으로 실시하여야 한다.
본 연구는 인터넷에서 한글로 제공되는 모든 건강정보를 검색하고 평가하여 연결하는 것을 목적으로 웹기반의 시스템을 개발하였으나, 이는 민간의 자율적 인 사업영역을 방해할 수 있으며 정보의 질을 지속적으로 보장함에 있어서 한 계점을 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 2003년도에는 검색영역을 공공기관 또는 협력 계약 및 평가에 의한 기관에서 제공하는 건강정보를 대상으로 하는 방향으로
추진하여야 할 것이다. 더불어 다음과 같은 방향 및 내용을 지속적으로 추구하 고 포함하여야 할 것이다.
— 인터넷 건강정보 평가의 객관성 및 신뢰성 제고
— 인터넷 건강정보 평가 및 관리의 자동화 및 지능화
— 대상 건강정보 범위의 확대
— 인터넷 건강정보 공급자의 건강정보 제공 표준 마련
— 편리하고 효과적인 인터넷 건강정보 이용방안 개발 및 교육
— 인터넷 건강정보 검색 및 활용시스템을 이용자의 요구 중심으로 조정
