◎ 법률

1. "Short-terms Insurance Act, No 53 of 1998" - Section 30, 32, 33, Schedule 3 amended by, section 28 and 29 substituted by the Insurance Laws Amendment Act, No. 27 of 2001. (1 March, 2010)

“단기 보험법”(1998년 제 53호)- ‘보험법률 개정법’에 의해 제28조와 제29조 대체, 30, 32, 33, 별표 1 개정

2. "Films and Publications Amendment Act, No 3 of 2009" - Date of Commencement: 14 March, 2010. - Amends ss. 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 20, 22, 24, 27A, 30, 30B & 31; substitutes ss. 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19 & 23 and the words 'Appeal Tribunal' for the words 'Review Board' wherever they occur; inserts ss. 4A, 9A, 15A, 18A, 18B, 24A, 24B

& 24C; and repeals ss. 15, 17, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 & 32 and Schedules 1 to 10 to the Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996.

“영화 및 출판 개정법”(2009년 제 3호) - 개정 법률은 기존“영화 및 출판법, 1996년 제65호”의 제 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 20, 22, 24, 27A, 30, 30B, 31조를 개정, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 23조를 대체하고, 법률에 있는 모든‘Review Board’라는 단어를

‘Appeal Tribunal’로 대체, 4A, 9A, 15A, 18A, 18B, 24A, 24B, 24C를 신설, 15, 17, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32조와 별표 1에서 10을 삭제: 2010.3.14 시행

3. "Civil Aviation Act, 13 OF 2009" - Date of commencement excluding ss. 9, 12-14, 30-68, 117-121 and 125-127: 31 March 2010.. - Repeals "the Aviation Act 74 of 1962", "the Civil Aviation Offences Act 10 of 1972" and "the South African Civil Aviation Authority Act 40 of 1998".

“민간 항공법”(2009년 제 13호) - ‘항공법’(1962), ‘민간 항공 위반법’(1972), ‘남아공 민간 항공 관리청법’(1998) 폐지:

4. “Division of Revenue Act 1 of 2010”- Repeals the Division of Revenue Act 12 of 2009, with the exception of ss.

33 and 47.

“국세청 분과법”(2010년 제1호) 제정- 국세청 분과법(2009) 폐지, 동법 제 33조, 47조를 제외: 2010.4.1 시행 5. "Customs and Excise Act 91 of 1964" - Schedule 1, 3, 10 amended.

“관세 및 소비세법”(1964년 제 91호) - 별첨 세칙 1, 3, 10 개정

6. "Children's Amendment Act 41 of 2007" - Substitutes the long title, amends the Table of Contents, ss. 1, 134, 142, 153, 156, 250, 304, 305 and 306, inserts Chapters 5 (ss. 76-90) and 6 (ss. 91-103), Parts 1 (ss. 104-110) and 4 (135-141) in Chapter 7, Chapters 8 (ss. 143-149), 11 (ss. 167-179), 12 (ss. 180-190), 13 (ss. 191-212) and 14 (ss.

213-227) in the Children's Act 38 of 2005.
