◎ 법 률

1. “Firearms Control Amendment Act 28 of 2006”

Date of commencement of ss. 1 (b), 1 (i), 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 18 and 52: 10 January 2011.

Amends ss. 1, 5, 9 & 10 and Schedule 1, substitutes ss 3 & 27 and insertss.10A in the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000.

2011년 1월 10일자로 동법 1 (b), 1 (i), 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 18, 52 조 시행.

“화기 통제법, 2000”의 1, 5, 9, 10조, 별첨 세칙 1 개정; 2조와 27조 대체; 10A조 삽입.

2. “Customs and Excise Act 91 of 1964”

Schedule 1,2,3 amended.

“관세 및 소비세법”

별첨 세칙 1,2,3 개정.

3. “Division of Revenue Act 1 of 2010”

Unconditional and conditional allocations to provinces and municipalities, additional frameworks for conditional allocations to provinces, and an exemption granted to the Western Cape Province from complying with the requirements of s. 29 (3) of the Act published.

“국세 배분법”

동법 제 29조 3항의 요건 충족에 대한 워스턴 케이프 주에 대해 면제승인 및 각 주, 자치단체 시에 대한 조건부 및 무 조건부 할당액, 및 각 주에 배당된 조건부로 할당액에 대한 추가적 구성 공포.

◎ 법규명령

1. “Regulations relating to foodstuffs for infants, young children and children, 1984” amended.

“영아, 유아 및 어린이들을 위한 식료품 규칙, 1984” 개정.

2. “Rules relating to the Registration by Medical Orthotists and Proshetists of Additional Qualifications”.

repealed, and replaced Regulations relating to the registration of intern medical orthotists and prosthetists, 1977.

“치열교정 전문의 및 보철교정 전문의 등록 규율”제정 및 공포.

인턴 치열교정 전문의 및 보철교정 전문의 등록 규칙, 1977 폐지.

5. “Disaster Management Volunteer Regulations, 2010” amended.

6. “Rules relating to the services for which a pharmacist may levy a fee and guidelines for levying such a fee or fees” published

in terms of Pharmacy Act, 1974.

“약사가 수수료를 부과할 수 있는 서비스 및 수수료 부과에 대한 지침 등과 관련된 규율, 2010”공포.

규율 2007 폐지.

7. “Rules relating to good pharmacy practice 2004” amended.

“약국 공정 영업과 관련된 규율, 2004”개정.

8. “Rules Regulating the Conduct of the Proceedings of the Magistrates’ Courts of South Africa”

amended with effect from 28 January 2011.

“남아공 하급 법원 절차 집행 통제 규율”개정.

9. “Transnet Pension Fund Rules, 1990” amended.

“트란스넷 연금 적립 규율, 1990”개정.

10. “Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996”

Transfer of administration and powers and functions entrusted by the National Forests Act 84 of 1998 for specific mountain catchment areas to the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries published.

“남아공 헌법, 1996”

국립 수목법에 의해 특정 산맥 집수 지역에 대해 농림수산부 장관에게 부여된 행정, 권한 및 기능을 수자원 및 환경 부 장관으로 이양.

11. “Regulations relating to milk and dairy products” amended

“우유 및 유제품 관련 규칙”개정

12. “Regulations in respect of the maximum retail price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas supplied to residential customers with effect from 1 December 2010”amended.

“가정소비자에게 공급되는 LPG 최고 소매가격에 관한 규칙” 개정.

13. “Regulations in respect of the maximum national retail price for illuminating paraffin”with effect from 5 January 2011.

“조명용 파라핀의 소매물가 최고 단가와 관련된 규칙” 개정.
