제9장 신용장의 확인 및 양도
ㆍ We confirm this credit and hereby undertake that all drafts drawn and presented as above stipulated shall be duly honored by us.

ㆍ This credit will be handled under a loan, granted within the framework of the German Capital Aid Scheme. We therefore clause our confirmation to the extent that we shall only be able to honour your drawings made within the credit terms, after we have obtained reimbursement from the KFW.
