W: Tony, are you reading a comic book again?

M: Yes, Mom. It’s so interesting and funny.

W: Interesting and funny? I don’t understand why you read so many comic books.

M: All of my friends like reading comics. I’m not different, Mom.

W: But I think you guys should study more. Comics keep students from studying.

M: They could, but we need to relax, and comics can reduce our stress.

W: I understand what you’re saying, but I still think you’re reading them too often.

M: Don’t worry, Mom. I’m just reading a comic book for a change during my break.

W: But comics are a distraction, so they make it hard for you to concentrate on your studies.

M: Not really, Mom. I can stay more focused on my studies because I become more relaxed after reading comics.

W: All right.

M: Kelly. Have you seen the notice about the school math competition?

W: Yeah, I have.

M: I’m going to enter. How about you?

W: I don’t think I will.

M: Why not? It’s a good opportunity to measure your ability against others.

W: When I entered the history competition last year, I felt bad afterwards. It seemed nobody cared about the people who didn’t win.

M: Sounds like you were very disappointed.

W: Yeah. Even those who didn’t win deserve some credit for doing their best.

M: Sure, you worked hard. That’s what counts.

W: Right. I think it’s important to encourage those who didn’t win a prize, too.

M: Absolutely. I understand how you feel.

W: For 3 times a week, it costs 30 dollars for a month, and for twice a week, it costs 20 dollars a month.

M: I want to do yoga 5 times a week.

W: In that case, you can enroll in both classes.

W: Sorry, we don’t. But you get 10% off the total when you pay for three months in advance.

M: Yes. Several of my pieces will be played at the Summer Music Festival by some amazing young artists.

W: Our listeners will be looking forward to that. So, when did your love for music start?

M: Well, I’d say music runs in my blood. My parents were both exceptionally talented violinists.

W: And at what age did you start writing music?

M: I played the piano a little when I was young, and then I became interested in writing my own music at the age of twelve.

W: At twelve? Wow! Where does the inspiration for your work come from?

M: Nature. It’s my biggest inspiration.

W: Stay tuned for more about that. We’ll be right back with more from Mr.

Peter Jenkins after a short break.http://hjini.tistory.com

W: Yes, it’s for ages 16 and over.

M: Oh, that’s good. My sons are older than that. Is there an additional cost to have the skydiving videotaped?

W: It’s included. A professional instructor will skydive with you and videotape everything.

M: Sounds great. What else is included in the package?

W: There’s a shuttle bus service from your accommodation.

M: Perfect. Do you have any special offers on at the moment?

W: Yes. There is a 10% discount if you bring a coupon from our pamphlet.

W: Honey, I think we should buy a new suitcase for our trip to Italy.

M: That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking. The one we have now is too old.

W: Right. So I’ve already made a list of suitcases that we can choose from.

M: Great! Let’s see.

W: Which size do you want?

M: I think 20 inches is way too small.

W: Right. It should be 24 or 28. How about buying a hard-shell suitcase?

They look stronger than the fabric ones.

M: But hard-shell suitcases are heavier and may break easily during the baggage handling at the airport.

W: All right. Let’s go for fabric.

M: Then, we have two options left. Which color do you want, blue or gray?

W: I prefer gray to blue. It’s my favorite color.

M: Okay. Let’s take this one.

W: Mike, what are you doing here alone during lunch break?

M: Actually, I wrote the song myself.

W: Amazing! It’s a really beautiful song.

M: It’s for my dad because his birthday is coming up this Friday.

W: How nice! You’re a good son. If I were your dad, I’d be very pleased.

M: Thanks, but I need more practice because I’m not very good at singing.

W: If you keep practicing, you’ll quickly improve.

M: Thank you for your encouragement. I hope my dad will like the song.

M: Yes. You were so shy that you couldn’t say a word.

W: When you move to a new place, the number one problem is deciding what items you really need to take with you. Your old belongings may not fit in your new home. Or it may be too costly to move all your stuff.

Whatever the case is, donating used items is a great solution. Your old sofa may be an unwanted item to you, but it could be useful for someone else. Used or old clothing is the most frequently donated item, but don’t forget to clean your clothes before donating them. Moving is a great time to say goodbye to toys that your kids no longer use. You can donate out-of-date computers, too. Moving is one of the most stressful life events, but you can make it less stressful and more meaningful by helping others through donations of used items.
