Notice of Request for Proposal for a Small Sum Negotiated Contract (Second Request)
1. Information Relevant to the Proposal
a. Event Title: Rent venues for the performance and VIP reception to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the establishing diplomatic relations between Korea and the U.S.
b. Proposed Date: August 29 - August 30, 2022 - August 29, Rehearsal (Full day)

- Performances (60 to 70 minutes without intermission) d. Base Price: 30,750 USD

2. Submission and Opening of Proposals
a. Submission Period: July 12 (Tue) – July 15 (Fri)
b. Documents to Submit: a copy of Proposal, a copy of Business Registration Certificate, a copy of Certificate of Registered Seal
c. Submission Deadline: July 15 (Fri) 14:00

3. Proposal Tendering and Contract Method
a. This event proposal requires a lump sum proposal without attaching a statement of calculation.
b. This event proposal does not allow a joint venture contract.
4. Qualification to Participate in the Proposal Submission
a. An individual who possesses venues, A/V facilities and skilled staff for performance.
5. Tender Invalidation and Precautions
a. All tenderers are obliged to be fully acquainted with the details of the tender, and the tenderer shall be responsible for failure to do so.
b. The company selected as the winning tenderer must submit the
‘Confidentiality Agreement’ and the ‘Pledge to Implement Integrity Pact’ at the time of signing a contract.
6. Additional Information
a. If the winning tenderer is unable to enter into a contract, then the contract may be entered into with the next-ranking tenderer.
