고관절을 구성하는 bone

대퇴골(femur)

- 신체무게 지탱, 지면반발력 전달

- frontal plane : 대퇴경과 대퇴각도 약 125도 염전각은 12도 형성

골반(pelvic)

- 관골 : Ilium + pubic bone + Ischium

- pubic symphisis, SI joint

- closed kinetic chain

고관절 : 관골의 관골구(acetabulum)과 femur head sacroiliac joint: sacrum + ilium

고관절을 보강하는 인대

- 장골대퇴인대, 치골대퇴인대, 좌골대퇴인대, 원형인대 concave : acetabulum

출생 시에는 약 140°- 150° 정도이나 성장하여 걷게 되면 체중이 대퇴골 경에 부가되어 각도가 차츰 감소

연령의 증가에 따른 경사각의 변화

비틀림각이라고도 하며 대퇴경과 골간부 사이에서 형성된 상대적인 비틀림을 말함.

내측 및 외측 대퇴골과(femoral condyle)를 연결하는 대퇴골선과 대퇴골경 사이에 수평면에서 이루어진 각도

- 고관절 회선과 관련이 있으며 각이 정상보다 크거나 작으면 안짱다리 혹은 팔자다리가 된다.

- 고관절 굴곡근들과 척추기립근

전방경사는 장요근과 기타의 고관절 굴근에 수축에 의해서 유발 * 고관절 굴곡근 - 골반 앞부분을 전하방으로 잡아 당김.

* 척추기립근 - 골반의 후상방 부위를 상방으로 잡아 당김.

② 내측 : adductor longus - sports injury가 많다.

③ 외측 : sartorius - 큰 병변은 없다.

④ 저측 : adductor longus, pectineus, iliopsoas

① trochanteric bursa (대전자 점액낭)

⇒ bursitis가 있을 때 만져짐(평상시 만져지지 않는다) ② gluteus medius
