Online Reservation Manual 1. Visit ‘Consular Services 24’ website (https://consul.mofa.go.kr).
2. Change the language to English on the top right corner.
3. Click ‘Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission’.
4. Non-Membership Log In
On the Non-Membership Log In page, consent to the terms and conditions of use and the collection of personal information. Then write your name and email address. (Please write full name as it appears in your passport or identity card.) After writing down your email address, click ‘Send authentication number’
button. An authentication number will be sent to the email address you provided. Write down the authentication number you received and click ‘Verify’ button. After that, write down your contact information (phone number) and click ‘Non-Membership Log In’ button.
5. Reservation
On the Reservation page, first select a diplomatic mission (Embassy of the Republic of Korea to
Malaysia). Then, select the purpose of your visit. And then select the date and the time of your visit. Same day reservations are not accepted. You may select up to 10 visits within three months or two visits within a day.
NOTE: If you are submitting multiple applications, please select TWO consecutive visits within a day.
Then check Reservation Details. Click ‘Documents’ button and check which documents are required.
Use ‘Specific requests’ to write down your application details and any other message. Then enter captcha
Please print the confirmation email you received (①) and bring it when you visit the Embassy to submit your application. Or on the ‘Check Reservation’ page, click the ‘Print’ button under ‘Reservation confirmation’ and print the page that popped up (②) and bring it when you visit the Embassy.
6. (If needed) Cancelling a reservation
On the ‘Check Reservation’ Page, click ‘Cancel’ button. (We encourage you to ‘Cancel’ the appointment when you are no longer able to make it to the appointment in consideration of other applicants.)
