Regulation on financial sector should be reformed in an unprecedented way. Settling for traditional regulations like Active X has prompted local consumers’ direct purchasing overseas as purchasing of local products by foreign buyers is increasing at a snail’s pace. Regulations on settlement for on-line shopping should be relaxed to the level of advanced countries. It would prove as beneficial as increasing exports.

아울러, 산업수요에 맞는 현장중심 교육으로 전환하기 위해 스위스 도제식 직업학교를 시범 운영 하고 취업을 전제로 기업과 계약한 전문대학 지원을 확대하겠습니다.
학벌이나 스펙이 아닌 능력으로 평가받는 사회를 만들기 위해 금년부터는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 을 기반으로 하는 채용을 공공기관부터 선도적으로 대폭 확대해 가겠습니다.
In addition, we will start Swiss style apprenticeship schools on a trial basis to meet the demand of the industries and expand support for community colleges that have placement agreement with businesses. A person should be judged based on his merit rather than educational background. To that end, NCS based recruitment shall be introduced to public institutions gradually.

The strategy encompasses, first of all, spreading a wave of creative economy across the entire industries. We will promote small and medium enterprises, the pillar of creative economy by establishing creative economy innovation centers in 17 cities and provinces to provide one-stop support system in such areas as financing, legal issues and business consulting.
특히, 지역 특화산업과 연계해서 지역경제를 이끌어가는 허브로 키워나갈 것입니다.
그리고 제조업 혁신 3.0전략을 본격 추진하겠습니다. 스마트 공장 확산 등 공정혁신과 사물인터넷, 3D 프린팅, 빅데이터 등 핵심기술 개발을 통해서 새로운 미래 성장동력을 만들고, 우수한 젊은 인재들이 모여드는 제조업으로 거듭나도록 하겠습니다.
These centers shall be developed as regional economic hubs, which will spearhead development of regional economies centering on the specialized local industries. We will push ahead with manufacturing industry innovation 3.0 strategy in earnest. That strategy includes development of core technology such as internet of things, 3D printing, and big data as well as expansion of

smart factories. These move will, in turn, translate into a new growth engine and draw young talents to manufacturing industries.
또한, 기후변화 위기를 새로운 기회로 활용하기 위해 에너지 신산업을 적극 육성하겠습니다. 전기 차와 제로 에너지빌딩, 친환경 에너지 타운 등 온실가스를 감축하면서도 새로운 성장의 돌파구를 확보해 나갈 것입니다. 우리의 경제영토도 나날이 확대되고 있습니다.
In order to turn the crisis of climate change into a new opportunity, we will foster new energy industry. While reducing greenhouse gas through electric cars, zero-energy buildings and environmentally friendly energy towns, we will seek opportunities for growth. Our economic sphere of influence is expanding day by day.
특히, 정부의 FTA 활용지원책도 가시화되면서 많은 중소기업들이 신규계약을 따내는 등 FTA 체결 국으로의 수출증가율이 평균 수출증가율의 2배가 넘습니다.
정부는 FTA가 계속해서 우리 기업 수출확대의 탄탄한 버팀목이 되도록 지원할 것입니다.
농업도 쌀 관세화, FTA 등을 위기가 아닌 새로운 기회로 활용하도록 미래성장산업, 수출산업화 전 략을 추진할 것입니다.
With the government support, an increasing number of small and medium businesses are obtaining contracts with partner countries, with the increase rate of their exports more than twice the nation’s average export increase rate. The government is committed to making FTA serve as a lynchpin of the nation’s exports. The nation’s agriculture shall be made a future growth and export industry by turning crises like FTA and imposing tariffs on imported rice into new opportunities.
세종 창조마을 출범을 계기로 스마트 팜을 본격적으로 보급하고 농촌 관광․유통․교육 등 다양한 분야에도 ICT 표준모델을 개발해서 활용한다면 농업의 6차산업화도 앞당길 수 있을 것입니다.
또한, 농업분야가 FTA를 발판 삼아서 중국ㆍ동남아를 넘어 할랄시장까지도 진출할 수 있는 수출 산업으로 키워 나가겠습니다.
Starting with Creative Village in Sejong City, the government will set up smart farms, applying ICT standard to rural tourism, distribution and education, which will in turn speed up the process of making agriculture the 6th industry. The government will develop agriculture by dint of FTA into an export industry targeted at China, South East Asia and as far as Halal food market.
