이 증가되어 DNCB 군에서 모발성장에 장해가 나타날 것으로 생각되고, DNCB+G군에서 발현이 증가되어 모발 성장이 회복된 것으로 생각된다.

-V. 결론 및 제언

제니스테인이 DNCB에 인위적으로 유발시킨 접촉성 피부염 증상에서 모발주 기에 어떠한 영향을 미는지 알아보고자 하였다. 육안적인 관찰에서 DNCB+G군 이 Control군에 비해 피부염 증상은 있지만 DNCB군보다 매우 호전됨을 확인 하였고, H & E 염색에서도 DNCB+G군이 DNCB군 보다 정상군인 Control군에 가까운 표피와 모낭 형태를 확인하였다.

1. 육안적인 관찰에서 DNCB+G군이 Control군에 비해 피부염 증상은 있지만 DNCB군보다 매우 호전됨을 확인하였다.

2. 조직학적 분석에서 DNCB+G군이 DNCB군 보다 정상군인 Control군에 가까 운 표피와 모낭 형태를 확인하였다.

3. DNCB군에서 대조군에 비하여 hair cycle 관련 유전자 Krt71, Dsg4, Msx2, Krtap4-16, Ptch2, Hoxc13, Foxq1 및 Foxn1 mRNA 량이 감소되었고, Krt14 mRNA 량이 증가되었다.

3. DNCB+G 군에서 DNCB군에 비하여 hair cycle 관련 유전자 Krt71, Dsg4, Msx2, Krtap4-16, Ptch2, Hoxc13, Foxq1 및 Foxn1 mRNA 량은 증가되었 고, Krt14 mRNA 량은 감소되었다.

결론적으로 Genistein 투여는 DNCB 피부염의 증상 개선에 도움이 되며, 모발 관련 유전자 발현 변화는 피부염으로 인해서 야기되는 모발의 주기나 성장의 장해의 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 어떠한 기전에 의해서 유전자 발 현의 변화가 일어나는지에 대해서는 추후 계속적인 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
