청소년기 비만율은 9.2%였으며,비만율은 학년이 올라갈수록,어머니와만 거주하 는 경우,부모의 학력이 낮을수록,학업성적이 낮은 경우,경제상태가 낮은 경우, 아침식사 결식율이 높을수록,신체활동이 적을수록,좌식생활을 많이 할수록 하루 수면시간이 짧을수록,스트레스 정도가 심할수록 비만율이 높았다.

하루 평균 수면시간은 6.4시간이었으며,하루 수면시간이 8시간 이상인 경우 비만 율이 가장 낮았다.비만군 55.77%,비비만군 29.8%에서 체중 조절을 시도하고 있으 며,잘못된 체중조절 방법으로 단식,처방 없이 자의로 약 복용,설사제 또는 이뇨 제 복용,식사 후 구토,한 가지 음식 다이어트,다이어트 식품,한약 복용를 전체 17.9%에서 하고 있었다.

청소년 비만은 수면시간과 스트레스 등 정신활동,신체 활동과 밀접한 관련이 있 다.또한 잘못된 체중 조절을 시도하는 경우가 많아 청소년 비만에 대한 적절한 교 육프로그램이 필요하다할 것이다.
