> Indvidual applicant- Fees payable by Cash only.
** Express visa application will take 3 working days from the date of submission. Applicant must meet one of the following criteria to apply for express visa:
1> Applicant with Visa Issuance Confirmation number from Ministry of Justice,Republic of Korea.
2> Applicant should have visited Korea with "Multiple entry visa" in the past.
3> Applicant visited Korea at least twice in the last 2 years or at least thrice in the last 5 years.
4> F-6 visa applicant are not eligible for express visa service
* Note:
1> Applicant who have not violated any Korean Immigration Act/Rules in the past.
2> Applicant must submit the declaration form for express visa at the time of submitting visa application.
3> Express visa will be not applicable for Seamen visa category.
Basic Documents
--- (A) Visa form: ( 5 Pages ):
* All columns to be filled completely and legibly. Do not use white ink/overwrite/make corrections in order to avoid delay in issuance of visa.
* Photograph to be affixed (Color photo,white background, facing the camera directly with 80% face)
* Original Passport should be VALID FOR SIX MONTH.
* Passport should bear minimum 3 blank pages (either side)
* For short term visa application e-form is mandatory.
** Applicant holding Visa Issuance confirmation number given from Ministry of Justice, Republic of Korea should fill Visa application form of 2 pages:
(B) Covering Letter/Visa Request letter should contain the following information
* Applicant's full name,mobile no.date of birth and passport no.
* If employed ,company name ,phone number,registered seal,signature at the end of the letter and mobile no. of signing authority
* Brief details of visit.
(C) Invitation letter should contain the following information:
* Invitee's full name,mobile no.date of birth and passport no.
* Inviter's details,such as in case of companies,name and phone no of person in-charge,and in case of individuals,inviter's full name ,Id no (Foreigner registration no./ Alien registration no.),and phone no.
* Inviting company/individual's registered seal/signature at the end of the covering letter.
* Original invitation letter not required (Scan copy or photocopy will suffice)
(D) Copy of certificate of business registration of Korean company (can be downloaded by the Korean inviter from:www.nts.go.kr)
(E) Financial Documents:
* 2 Yr.income tax return of applicant (in absence of income tax return please provide explanatory note)
* Last 6 months bank statement of applicant (with bank seal)
* (Note: In case of student.under age of 30 years,financial documents of their parents with relationship proof, along with Employment proof and sponsorship letter would suffice.)
* If parents are employed employment certificate is required/ if Self-employed then business proof is mandatory.
(F) Medical report on tuberculosis ( Only Chest X-ray report is required)
* Long-term (over 90 days) stay visa/ all extendable visa categories ,applicants are required to submit their medical report of tuberculosis from specifically designated hospitals by the consulate
* Medical report will be valid for 3 months only from the date of issue.

1: Business visa:
1 Basic documents(please refer to point no.(A),(B),(C),(D),(E)
2 Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application.
2: Tourist visa:
1 Basic documents (please refer point no (A),(B) and (E))
2 Employment certificate or leave letter(if applicant is an employed)
3 Business registration of Company /gumasta license or GST certificate etc should be provided if applicant is Self-employed.
4 Tour itenary(day to day) and hotel booking confirmation (Refundable) 5 Confirmed flight ticket (Refundable)
6 Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application.
3: Dependent/Visiting/Accompanying
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C),(E) and (F)) 2 Passport copy first and last page of inviter.
3 Inviter's Alien registration card copy and latest Korean Visa copy for Indian/foreigners.
4 Certificate of inviter's employment and certificate of tax payment.
5 Relationship proof. (Marriage Certificate, Birth certificate, Ration Card, Family card etc) 6 Marriage certificate(if inviter is spouse).

4: Medical Visit:

5: Seamen Visa:

6: Short term Employment Visa:(C-4)

4 Employment Recommendation Letter from the respective department (affiliated organizations)
5 Documents relevant to the establishment of institution (A copy of Business Registration Certificate or a certified copy of Corporate Register )

7: Short-term Internship/Research:
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C),(D) and (E)) 2 Student proof bonafide certificate (if any).
3 Last Educational certificate (Original and one set of copy)

8: Long-Term Student Visa:
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C),(D),(E) and (F)) 2 Admission Certificate original and copy.
3 Scholarship letter from Korea(if applicable).
4 Student proof bonafide certificate(if any).
5 Last Educational certificate (Original and one set of copy)

9: Sports/Arts & Culture:
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C),(D) and (E))
2 Achievement certificates (if applicant is student then he/she can provide their bonafide certificate from college or institute also.
3 Student Proof (bonafide certificate) if any.
4 Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application.
10: D9 Visa
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C),(D),(E) and (F)) 2 Agreement between buyer and seller.

11: A-1,A-2 and A-3:
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B),(C) and (D))
2 A document demonstrating your current employment status and overseas assignment, or an official letter of cooperation written by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of an applicant's country
3 certificate of family relation and any documents proving family relationship for an accompanied family member 4 Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application.
12: Applicant with Visa Issuance No.:
1 Basic documents (Please refer to point No,(A) and (B))
2 Copy of First & Last page of the applicant passport should be attached with the application.
NOTICE (Please read the instructions carefully before applying for visa)
--- 1 Final allotment of visa is on the sole discretion of the Government of the Republic of Korea.
2 Submission & Collection can be done personally or through registered travel agents or the representatives can come with authority letter from applicant.
3 No Express Visa services will be entertained after submission.
4 The Consulate Reserves the right to ask for additional documents other than the said given requirement.
5 The Consulate reserves the right to take longer visa issuance time to clear doubts if any.
6 Multiple visas will only be granted to applicant who have been to Korea at least four times on a business visa in the last two years or overall visit of atleast ten times.
7 On collection, please make sure that the details mentioned on Visa issued are accurate. If any error or discrepancy found on visa issued, kindly inform the concerned officer immediately. Otherwise a fresh application will have to be submitted for which full Visa fees will be charged.
8 Application once submitted for visa will not be changed to any other category.
9 Any query related to visa will only be assisted between Visa hours and not on phone call or email.
10 Application once applied for normal visa cannot be changed to express visa and vice-versa
11 Visa fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, in case of withdrawal of application after submission or on rejection of visa by Consulate.
