서 약 서
(Pledge)
1. 나는 가천대학교 초청장학생으로서 다음 사항을 지킬 것을 서약합니다.
가. 장학금 지급기간 중에는 어떠한 직업도 갖지 않는다.
나. 가천대학교 학칙과 제규정이 정한 규칙에 따라 최선을 다해서 학업 에 전념한다.
다. 한국에서의 수학기간 동안 휴학 등 학적 변동사항이나, 한국 내 주 소 이전 등 신상변동 사항이 있을 시, 7일 이내에 해당 담당부서에 서면 또는 전화로 연락한다.
라. 한국의 사회질서를 위반하지 않도록 행동할 것이며 모든 정치활동 (정치목적의 집회∙시위 참가, 정치결사, 정치적 논문․선언의 발표 등) 도 하지 않는다.
마. 한국에서 채무를 진 경우(국내 거주기간내) 본인이 책임지고 변제한 다.
바. 가천대학교가 정한 학사행정 조치사항에 적극 협조하고 이를 준수 한다.
사. 학업을 중도 포기하고 귀국할 경우, 수학기간 중 감면 받은 학비 전 액을 가천대학교에 환불하여야 한다.
2. 그 밖의 장학생 지원서류의 허위기재가 발견된 경우, 그리고 대학교에서 징계처분∙성적불량 등 수학능력이 없다고 인정된 경우 등 결격사유가 발생 하거나 상기 사항을 위반한 경우에는 장학금 지급을 중지 당하더라도 이의 를 제기하지 않을 것임을 서약합니다.

Pledge
1. I, as a GU President Scholarship recipient, pledge to follow the regulations below.
A. I will not have any occupations during the period of scholarship.
B. I will obey the academic regulations and policy of GU.
C. If any changes in college register such as leave of absence and personal information such as change of address occur during the time of study, I will inform the Office of International Affairs in writing or by phone.
D. I will obey all the rules and regulations in Korea and will not get involved in any kinds of political activities such as joining political rally or protest and releasing political articles or announcements.
E. If I get in debt in Korea, I must take responsibility for repaying debt.
F. I will obey and cooperate with the measures taken by the university administration.
G. GU President Scholarship recipients must finish the degree program at Gachon University. If the recipient quits the program, s/he must make a full refund of all scholarship received.
2. If the details on the application form are not true, and if there are disciplinary action and failure in studies, I shall not make an objection even if GU discontinues the scholarship payment.
