○ 회의명 : 여성의 정치참여증진에 관한 워크샵: 아태지역 경험과 이니셔티브 (WORKSHOP on Promotion of Women’s Political Participation:
Experiences and Initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region)

○ 회의 목적 : 베트남의 2016년 국회의원 선거를 앞두고, 베트남 법령에서 여성을 35-40%
까지 증가시키겠다는 조항을 놓고, 이를 어떻게 실현할 것인지에 대해, 정치인, 학계, 단체 및 해외의 사례들을 함께 조망함.
