N O T I C E
○ If a person intends to stay in Korea over 90 days, he shall submit an application for foreigner registration to the local immigration office or branch office within 90 days from entry.
○ If a person wishes to change his place of residence, he shall report his new address to the local immigration office, branch office or the new city/municipal/county office within 14 days after relocation.
○ A person who intends to engage in job categories contrary to the spirit of the agreement/memorandum or domestic laws may not be allowed. For example:
* An individual whose objective is seeking only for employment but for sightseeing.
* An individual who desires to work in the field of entertainment related business.
* An individual who desires to work as a medical doctor, lawyer, professor, pilot, etc. which requires specific licenses or skills.
* An individual who desires to work as a foreign language instructor(If the individual would like to work as a foreign language instructor, he or she must change his visa status into E-2).
* An individual who desires to engage in activities contrary to the spirit of the Working Holiday Program.
