모의 재외선거 안내문
투표장소 및 투표기간
● 일본(대)-대사관 2층(한국문화원 로비), 인도네시아(대)-한인회 문화회관, 시카고(총)- 한울종합복지관 북부사무소, 샌프란시스코(총)-KOTRA 회의실, 상파울로(총)- 한국교육원 회의실, 영국(대)-한인종합회관이 투표소이며 나머지공관은 재외공관이 투표소입니다.
※ 투표장소는 중앙선거관리위원회 재외선거홈페이지(http://ok.nec.go.kr) 또는 외교통상부 홈페이지(www.mofat.go.kr)에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
● 투표기간은 11.14~11.15이며, 투표시간은 매일 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지입니다.
투표소에 갈 때 반드시 가지고 가야 하는 것
● 대한민국 여권
● 선거관리위원회에서 보낸 투표용지와 봉투 2종(발송용 봉투, 회송용 봉투)
투표방법
① 투표소에 가서 투표용지, 발송용 봉투・회송용 봉투, 여권을 제시하고 본인임을 확인받은 후 회송용 봉투에 확인인을 날인 받습니다.
② 기표소에 들어가 투표용지에 지역구국회의원선거에서는 기호나 후보자의 성명 또는 소속 정당의 명칭을, 비례대표국회의원선거에서는 기호나 정당의 명칭을 선택하여 기재하되, 기호는 아라비아 숫자로, 후보자의 성명이나 정당의 명칭은 한글로 적은 후 기재한 투표지를 회송용 봉투에 넣은 다음 기표소를 나옵니다.
※ 정당∙후보자정보자료는 신고∙신청서에 전자우편 주소를 기재한 사람에게 전송되며, 재외선거홈페이지와 외교통상부홈페이지에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.
③ 회송용 봉투를 풀 또는 양면테이프로 봉함합니다(성명은 기재하지 않습니다).
④ 봉함한 회송용 봉투를 투표함에 넣고 나오면 됩니다.
다음의 경우는 무효가 되니 주의하시기 바랍니다.
● 투표소에서 투표하기 전에 투표용지에 후보자의 성명이나 정당의 명칭 또는 기호를 미리 적어온 경우(투표소에서 투표하지 않은 경우)
● 선거관리위원회에서 보낸 투표용지와 회송용 봉투를 사용하지 아니한 경우
● 기표 후 회송용 봉투를 봉함하지 아니한 채로 투표함에 투입하여 발송된 경우
● 어느 정당 또는 후보자에게 투표하였는지 알 수 없는 경우
● 비례대표국회의원선거에서 후보자의 성명(정당의 명칭 또는 그 기호를 함께 적은 것을 포함)을 적은 경우

From 10 am to 5 pm during the election days from Nov. 14th to Nov. 15th

What to Bring
●Valid passport issued by the Republic of Korea
●Voting package including ballot papers, cover envelope, self-addressed return envelope sent by relevant election commission
How to Vote
① Have your ID and voting package checked
●Present your valid passport, ballot papers, cover envelope, and self- addressed return envelope to have your ID checked, and then receive the confirmation seal on the return envelope
② Cast your vote
●District representatives of the National Assembly : write in the candidate’s name/number of your choice, or the name of the political party to which the candidate belongs
●Proportional representatives of the National Assembly : write in the name or the number of the political party
●Put ballot papers in the return envelope and step out of the booth
③ Seal the return envelope with glue or double-sided adhesive tape
※ Do not write down your name on the envelope.
④ Put the envelope into the ballot box
Please note that the following are considered invalid votes :
●Pre-marked ballots (i.e. ballots that are NOT cast at the polling station)
●Using ballot papers that are NOT sent by relevant election commission
●Ballots NOT sent in the return envelope provided by relevant election commission
●Ballots in an UNSEALED return envelope
●Ballots with unclear marking
●Writing in the candidate’s name in an election for the proportional representatives of the National Assembly
