Erratum: Headline Correction

In the October 2016 issue of Journal of the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition (2016;45(10):1467-1475), a correction is necessary in the article “Effects of Addition of Gelatinized Wheat Flour Dough on Pan Bread” by Won-Mo Kim, Kee-Hyuk Kim, and Gyu-Hee Lee.

On page 1467, there is an error in the headline.
