Provided that if the pre-q ualifibation documents are sent by mail, Kulekhani lll Hydroelectric Project rvill not be responsible for not receiving the documents until the above mentioned date and time regardless of the reasons for the delay or loss of the mail. Documents which are received late will not be entertained.

6. Ifthe lasl date ofpurchase, submission and opening of the prequalification documentb falls on public holiday, then the next working day will be considered the last date.

8. Only qualified applicants will be notified to participate in the Tendering process.
9. Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information on the pre-qualification documents from the Kulekhani III Hydroelectric Project office.
ld.it is recommended that interested eligible contractors familiarize themselves with the local conditions and visit the project site. The costs incurred for the preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents, and site visit(s) are to be borne by ihe applicant.
