312 DECREE
Of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic, which amends the Decree of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic no. 306/2021 V. v. SR, which imposes measures in the event of a threat to public health to restrictions on operations, as amended by a decree of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic no. 311/2021 V.

The Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic according to § 5 par. 4 letter k) of Act no.
355/2007 Coll. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) due to the COVID-19 disease pandemic, issues this pursuant to Section 59b of the Act a decree which orders pursuant to § 48 par. 4 letter a), e), r), w), x), y) and z) of the Act, the following measures in the event of a threat to public health:
Art. I
Decree of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic no. 306/2021 V. v. SR by which are ordered measures in the event of a threat to public health to restrict operations, as amended by the decree of the Public Office of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 311/2021 V.
v. SR is amended as follows:
„§ 9
Public catering establishments
1) All operations of public catering establishments shall be closed.2) The prohibition under paragraph 1 does not apply to the following facilities:
a) public catering establishments dispensing food and drink packaged for take-away; or through delivery service,
b) public catering establishments which are part of the facilities referred to in Section 8, c) public catering establishments, in so far as the operator allows entry into the establishment exclusively to persons in the OP mode.
3) All operators of public catering establishments are ordered to comply with the following measures:
(a) the consumption of food or beverages should be allowed to perform only while seated, in order to ensure controlled distance of persons,
b) observe the occupancy of one table by a maximum of 4 persons, or persons from one household,
c) ensure a distance of 2 meters between the tables.
4) Operators of public catering establishments according to § 9 par. 2 letter (c) are ordered to comply with the maximum capacity of 50% of the overall capacity of the establishment. "
