(Recruit) Open call for an administrative staff
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Serbia is seeking a qualified employee of Serbian nationality for the position of an assistant in administrative and consular affairs.
Position & Job description (not limited to)
Assistance in regular administrative work of the Embassy
Assistance in Consular Section (providing information about visas, checking visa application files, scheduling appointments)
Daily management of the Mission accounts and payments- filing and directing them to the Financial Department
Assistance for diplomats or delegation with travel arrangements, personal documents and belongings, etc.
Organization and administration of the Embassy reception area: first point of contact in the Embassy - switchboard management, mail opening, filing, distribution and dispatch
Maintaining supplies of stationery, consumables and equipment
Qualification Required & Experience
Serbian nationality, well-conducted and ready to deal with general office affairs in a good manner
Education (Bachelor degree)
Good communication skills in writing and speaking of English language (Korean language knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary)
Relevant experience in office administration preferably at an embassy or an international organization
Previous work in an international environment is an advantage
Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Working conditions
Location : 4, Milosa Savcica St, Belgrade
Regular working hour : 08:30~16:30, Mon to Fri
Contract is in duration of one year, including 3 months probation period (the extension of period would be considered by one’s work performance during the first year )
Monthly Salary : USD 900 net (social security and healthcare insurance are covered fully)
Annual bonus : one month's salary
Paid overtime, if any
Incentive : by internal regulations

Copy of Certificate of working experience and copy of Licenses (if an applicant has them)
Letter of recommendations (at least 1)
*The above mentioned documents should be scanned and sent by email. Only in case applicants who get invited for the interview will submit the original documents.
Procedure
1st Round : pre-screening by review of the submitted documents
2nd Round : Individual interview(in English)
- The Embassy will schedule individual interviews only with those who pass the 1st Round (possibly online interview)
*The Embassy will not give back the original documents to applicants who could not pass the first Round. In case the submitted documents of the applicant who passes both rounds are proven wrong or not valid or when any reason for disqualification according to the internal regulation is discovered during the background check, the Embassy will cancel the employment.
*The selected applicant should present a ‘no criminal record’ issued by Serbian authority and pass security clearance by Korean authorities before making the final contract with the Embassy.
